If you feel that your goods have been damaged in transit, please notify us in writing and the delivery carrier concerned within 7 days from delivery. If this is done after the 7 day period, unfortunately we cannot accept liability for the damaged goods.
In the case of non-delivery, please contact us in writing within 12 days after the posting of our dispatch of goods note. If this is done after the 12 day period, unfortunately we cannot accept liability for any missing items.
With the above in mind, our liability for damage in transit or loss in transit, shall be limited to the replacement of goods within a reasonable time, whether non-delivery or damage in transit is deemed to be our negligence or otherwise.
You will need to pay the returns postage, so we recommend you use a tracked service since you are responsible for your parcel until it has been received into our warehouse. We regret we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
Please note that, as per point 3 in our terms and conditions, products will be supplied according to the nominal values specified in the Schedule of Goods. Tolerances of +/- 10% apply to all dimensions and resistance. The above returns information, does not apply for products within these tolerances.
